dawn crawls by at a disturbingly slow pace as i begin to face yet another day imprisoned by a loneliness both crippling and cruel sentenced by my own self hate and paranoia. i count out the sorrowfully uncertain days by etching my story into into my flesh each new mark a sonnet that brings me to my knees a horrifying reminder that i have allowed myself to rot and fester a blackened bitter heart which no soul may seek comfort in yet another blight ready to fade into rumor.

far too long it has been i should never have bottled up my emotions for so long because now this time my mind has gone darker than ever before turning good intent sour with malice my head aches with nightmares and screams in distorted madness i seek relief in the pain im forced to inflict upon myself lacerations from days before still warm from the self hatred that caused them into being everytime i see the blood running down my arm and pooling in hand i cant help but laugh i honestly dont know what normal is.

somehow forgot this all too friendly pain in my chest a sign of good times to come an ominous friend to once more share in the delights that is the darkness of my mind a reminder that this world is rotten to the core filled with the cruel joke that is life soon perhaps soon YES maybe i will be given the offer to leave this existence but alas i seem to get a twisted sense of relief from this madness .
